The Lettings Hub has struck a deal to double its presence in Peterborough in a move to facilitate its "rapid expansion".
The business has agreed to a new lease for a further 2,488 sq ft on the first floor of the two-storey building. It already occupies 2,488 sq ft on the ground floor.
Chief executive Heidi Shackell said: "We are so proud of our journey so far and having a lovely building to expand and grow into is the icing on the cake for us.
"The deal was expedited quickly at our request and we pass on our thanks to both Savills and the landlord for making it happen on time and seamlessly."
Edward Gee, associate in the business space agency team at Savills Peterborough, added: "Situated in the well established Peterborough Business Park, Commerce Road offers good quality office accommodation in a well connected location.
